Ty Yeaton is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Celtics. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He completed his undergrad degree, Health and Exercise Science from Messiah College. He completed his graduate degree, Master of High Sport Performance from Australian Catholic University.
Before working for the Celtics, Ty worked as a personal trainer and coach for a performance training company in New Hampshire working with a wide range of clients and athletes.
Ty began his career with the Celtics by splitting his time between working as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Celtics and as the Head Strength Coach for the Maine Celtics, Boston’s G-League team. Ty is currently going into his 10th season with Boston.
Ty resides in southern New Hampshire with his wife Alyssa, daughter Layla and son Logan.
