Charles Loftis continues with the Trail Blazers as the team’s Sports Performance Therapist. In his position, he assists with the development and implementation of strength and conditioning programs as well as performs athlete physical therapy. A native of Del City, Oklahoma, Loftis attended Langston University where he was a member of both men’s basketball and track & field programs.
