Joseph is a licensed attorney in the state of New York, and NBPA Certified Contract Advisor. Joseph has been the Executive Director of the NBSCA since 2017, and has helped review, draft, and negotiate millions of dollars in employment/marketing transactions on behalf of the Association and its Members. Joseph assists with day-to-day legal operations of the Association, and represents the groups interest in all third party communications. Joseph resides in Queens, NY.
