April 4, 2024 – The National Basketball Strength & Conditioning Association (NBSCA) has announced the return of it’s annual in-person Performance Conference which will be held on July 13th, 2024 in Las Vegas during the NBA Summer League at the UNLV campus (CEU Approved).
This highly anticipated conference features a very impressive roster of speakers including Anthony Iannarino (Performance Therapist for the Washington Wizards), Ryan Curtis (Director of Sports Science for the San Antonio Spurs), Chris Chase (Director of Performance for the Memphis Grizzlies), and many more. In addition, the keynote speaker for this conference will be Al Vermeil who was the first strength coach for the Chicago Bulls in 1985 and who subsequently won six championship titles with the franchise. Vermeil also coached in the MLB and NFL, winning a championship with the San Francisco 49ers. Other confirmed speakers include Jesse Wright, Dwight Daub, and Drake Berberet.
This performance conference promises to be a phenomenal educational and networking experience for everybody in attendance. All students and practitioners are invited to attend to learn about topics such as: force plate profiling, advanced return-to-play principles, current sports science tends / principles, and much more! CEU’s will be provided from the NSCA.
